Storm Shield - a heavyweight 13oz, 1000-denier PVC-coated polyester with a tarpaulin-like finish, backed by a 7-year warranty. Built for rooftops, exposed hot tubs and light commercial use in extreme weather.

Prestige Armour - our top-tier 8oz, 600-denier solution-dyed polyester with a soft cloth-like face and a PU-coated underside, backed by a 10-year warranty. Rated for all-weather, heavy commercial and hospitality use.

Every cover includes 2.5-5cm of extra leeway so it slips on and off with ease, and if your hot tub has an unusual shape you can upload a reference photo and our team will make sure it fits.

Fasteners, Grommets and Extras

Finish your cover exactly the way you want it. Tie-down style options include standard tie-downs, a drawstring, an elastic hem, secure push-clips, a combined elastic-and-clip system, or a split zipper for easy access. Grommets can be left off or spaced every 15cm, 30cm or 60cm (size #2, 9mm inner / 19mm outer diameter). Inflatable air bags are available as an add-on to help the cover shed rain and snow, and an optional Assurance Plus protection plan (1-year or 3-year) covers you against measurement mistakes and accidental damage.

Please note: an air-mesh panel isn't available on covers under 60cm high, and a dual-tone colour finish isn't available on covers under 30cm high.
