Common Delivery Questions
How fast is delivery?
We only offer express delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and delivered in 1–2 working days to UK mainland addresses.
What time do I need to order for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Saturday orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Express delivery is a flat £9.99 per order to UK mainland addresses. Remote and island postcodes may incur a surcharge.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an automated email the moment your order is collected by our courier, with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes. During checkout you can enter a separate delivery address – ideal for a building site, farm or business premises. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
The courier will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Most couriers make up to two further delivery attempts.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. Highlands and island postcodes may take longer and may incur a small surcharge. Contact us for a precise quote to your postcode.

First check your tracking link for the latest update. If your estimated delivery date has passed, call us on 01744 520 110 or email sales@tarpaulinsuk.uk and we will investigate immediately.
