Our Product Standards

All tarpaulins in our range are manufactured to consistent GSM tolerances. Waterproofing is achieved through the material itself — woven polyethylene laminated with LDPE film — rather than a temporary spray coating. This means the waterproofing does not wear off after seasonal use.

UV stabilisers are incorporated into the polymer during manufacture, giving rated UV protection suited to the British climate. Our heavier grades (270gsm and above) carry multi-year outdoor UV resistance. Flame-retardant variants meet the requirements of relevant UK fire safety codes for temporary structures and construction sites.

Metal eyelets are galvanised steel, spaced at approximately 1-metre intervals along all four edges. Corner patches are double-reinforced on all grades above economy weight.
